I took my family there today for lunch. We've been there many times. Today was sea food day.I wanted to get crab legs . I saw that there was no crab legs. So I. Waited patiently and waited and waited. Finally I asked a worker if they were going to bring more legs out.I was told " its coming." so I Waited longer. No luck so I Sat down because I missed most of the lunch time with my family because while I was waiting, my family was eating. I am angry because I spent most of the time waiting for some crab legs to be brought out. I called the restaurant and Marie Gonzales answered. I asked her that I wanted to talk to the manager and she said she was. She was very rude to me and hung up on me. Is this how Super buffett treats their customers. I Payed a lot of money to have lunch here with my Family. I think I need to contact the better business office since I couldn't resolve this matter with Marie Gonzales being so rude to me.
